What a fantastic achievement for our Year 6 children today as they took part in the Super Saints Football Tournament — and came away as 1st place!🎉🥇
The team secured wins against MAP, Pennycross and Shakespeare, as well as a draw against Knowle Primary. It all came down to goal difference at the end, making for a very exciting finish! 🙌
But it wasn't just their football skills that impressed us. The children showed brilliant sportsmanship, supporting and encouraging one another throughout the tournament and cheering each other on to get the very best out of the team. 💙⚽

Today, the children launched their exciting new English topic all about George’s Marvellous Medicine!
They became brilliant potion-makers, carefully following instructions to create their very own bubbling potions. There were lots of fizzing, foaming and fantastic reactions as the children mixed their ingredients and watched their potions come to life! 🫧✨

Year 3 had a fantastic day at the South Devon Railway!
The children enjoyed exploring the museum and learning more about the history of the railway before climbing aboard a wonderful steam train for a very special journey. They even enjoyed their lunch on the train as they travelled through the beautiful South Devon countryside, stopping at some of the amazing stations along the way.
The children had a brilliant time and represented Ernesettle Community School superbly throughout the day.
